The Rainbow Centre is unique.

The Rainbow Centre is... A complex incorporating the Rainbow Centre Mall, the Sudbury Technology Centre office tower, the Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre, a two story parking garage and plenty of ground level parking. The entire complex is more than one million square feet and has almost five hundred thousand square feet of retail space.

The City of Greater Sudbury is experiencing unprecedented growth in the retail sector and has become the destination shopping centre for all of Northern Ontario. The Rainbow Centre is expanding and renovating and we are inviting you to be part of this new concept. Now is the time to take advantage of our rental opportunities.

The retail portion of the mall offers a broad range of retail, food and entertainment needs including a Hart Department Store, The Marketplace Grocery Store, PharmaChoice Pharmacy, BodyWorks Fitness & Wellness Centre, a wide variety of retail and services and Rainbow Cinema, a six–plex movie theatre.

The complex is also home to Chilly Beach, CBC’s most successful ever animated series, shown weekly on Wednesday’s at 5:00 p.m. The Technology Centre is Sudbury’s first and still the most completely fiber optic enabled building in the city of Greater Sudbury and is home to a multitude of high technology operations.

It is the focal point for commercial and retail activity.
